For large or heavy shipments (thick steel plate, bulk orders), freight quotes are provided upfront before production begins.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event of carrier damage or loss:
- Inspect immediately upon delivery
- Note damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt

We’ll coordinate with the carrier and prioritize a replacement order to keep your timeline intact.
